I've just finished my set of 3 inspections with this service. We had a rodent issue in our kitchen. We called the service in the middle of the night and a lovely man called Scott came out the next day to help us. He came out to us a following 2 times to ensure the issue was gone and by the 3rd visit there was no sign of any rodents left. I would highly recommend this service to others, especially Scott who was very discrete when coming to our home as well as polite, friendly and educational on the issue we were experiencing. If we were to have an issue in the future I would 100% use this service again. ~ Marianne R

Found a wasps nest under the eaves, found Youngs on google and dropped them a call late Friday afternoon. The phone was answered quickly and the chap arranged to attend Monday morning. Monday morning the lad arrived on time as promised, he was polite, chatty and personable. I showed him where the wasps were entering before he offered me various pieces of safety advice after which he sprayed the nest. The whole process took only twenty minutes at max. Overall, exactly the sort of contractor / repair person I would want to invite into my home or engage with. Would highly recommend ~ Dave M

Called Youngs after a long wait on the phone to the local council pest control. With no answer from the council after around 45 mins and being transferred twice, I gave up and called Youngs as they were one of the first to pop up on google. The initial conversation to organise their visit was easy, he was very informative and answered all my daft questions without hesitation! I was advised about the phone call before visit and that if I miss the call they need to rearrange, which although people have left bad reviews for, if you missed the knock on the door would you expect them to wait for you? I think the call rule is pretty fair! On arrival, just two days after my call, he came outside with me to look before treatment, explained everything he was going to do to kill the wasp nest, and was super pleasant! Two minutes later, the treatment is already beginning to work! I am also advised if there is still activity in the next 7 days, he will come back free of charge to do the treatment again! We had a really bad problem with Mice and have had several Pest Controlers out who couldnt solve the problem. We then contacted Youngs Pest Control who sorted the problem out very promptly and with little disruption. They were very professional at all times and respected my property and kept me fully informed at all times. Yesterday I had the company call to my house to clear away wasps. From the first point of contact with the pest guy, I was impressed. Very polite, good attitude and manner, he was imformative and explained it all to me. His name is Scott, he deserves credit for the way he conducted himself. Absolutely amazing service from Scott last week. Didn't know who to go to - googled 'Pest Control Stockport' and Youngs were the first that came up. I called on Friday PM and they were with me by Monday to get rid of masonary bees building a nest in my eaves. Scott came out a few times to help with a mice problem we had after buying our first home. They arranged for 3 visits over a 6 week period and confirmed at the last visit there were no more mice! Scott put down bait and traps that are pet/ child friendly and also went around our property to identify possible entry points that we could block off to prevent them in the future. The insecticide treatment took seconds but was carried out professionally and with the minimum amount of fuss. The technician assured me if there was still any activity with the wasps nest after 7 days to call them and they will return to sort it out, which is very reassuring. We had a swarm of Tree Bumblebees in one of the bird boxes, they got quite grumpy if you went near them mowing the lawn etc. Young’s were brilliant, came out very quickly & for a fixed price. So far so good, though they have assured us if we still see movement after 14 days they will come back as part of the service. Excellent Service! ~ Lynne W

We called them on Wednesday, told them the issue with the bees and they came round Friday morning and sorted the issue straight away. Highly recommended. We used Youngs Pest Control to treat a wasp's nest. Agreed a day and they said they'd call a bit before they arrived, which they did. Very efficient. The wasps had pretty much disappeared within the hour. They even offered to return free of charge if the wasps hadn't gone after 7 days. Would definitely use again. ~ Jonathan L

Brilliant service and job done, lad turned up at house on time was really polite and explained what he was going to do to get rid of the wasps. I’ve used Youngs on several occasions now, firstly to rid my loft of rats and mice and most recently to destroy a wasps nest. They have always been responsive and good value for money. I contacted Young’s Pest Control about a possible mouse issue. They were friendly, professional, and quick to respond. The guys at youngs pest control were amazing, very professional and polite. Bumblebee nest under summerhouse floor so difficult access. Came within 48hrs.
